Criminal matter of clients who were brutally attacked

A report in the RTVS show "Občan za dverami" from September 2020, which concerned the criminal matter of clients (father and minor son) who were brutally attacked by 4 adults (relatives), whereby the investigation of the Local Department of the Police Force Kapušany under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office Prešov and the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Prešov concluded that it is not a criminal offense, but only a misdemeanor.
