Approach

Professionalism, confidentiality and independence are the three principles on which the provision of legal services by TROŠČÁK advokátska kancelária s.r.o., based in Prešov, is based.

Thanks to extensive experience and a professional approach to clients that fully respects the above-mentioned principles, TROŠČÁK advokátska kancelária s.r.o. provides comprehensive and high-quality legal services for individuals and legal entities in all major areas of the Slovak legal system.

In a society where respect for democracy and law is one of the most important constitutional principles, a lawyer has an irreplaceable position, because the existence of a free and independent legal profession is a fundamental means of protecting human rights and freedoms against the power of the state. A lawyer must serve the cause of justice and those who have entrusted him with defense or representation. The obligations of a lawyer arising from the exercise of the profession are not limited to the obligations regulated by law. The practice of the profession of lawyer is inextricably linked to a range of ethical obligations towards clients and towards the courts and authorities before which the lawyer promotes the interests of his client, or before which he acts on his behalf.

In the practice of advocacy, a lawyer is obliged to protect and promote the rights and interests of the client and to follow his instructions. If the client's instructions are in conflict with generally binding legal regulations, he is not bound by them. He shall inform the client of this in an appropriate manner.
